2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice, cloves, ginger, nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
2 tablespoons molasses
3 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
1 9-inch pie crust
1/2 cup sugar

1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
2 tablespoons molasses
3 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
1 9-inch pie crust
Methods/steps
Whisk first 9 ingredients together in large bowl and blend. Mix in pumpkin, molasses and eggs, and cream. Pour mixture into crust.
Place pie on baking sheet in oven. Bake 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325°F and bake until center is just set, about 40 minutes. Cool, serve at room temperature.
