This is a break down of the famous Simon Pearce Balsamic Vinaigrette.
2 Tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoon water
4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
4 teaspoons garlic
4 teaspoons shallots
2 pinches of Thyme and rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup olive oil
2 Tablespoon mustard
2 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoon water
4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
4 teaspoons garlic
4 teaspoons shallots
2 pinches of Thyme and rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup olive oil
Methods/steps
Place the Dijon mustard, maple syrup, water, balsamic vinegar, shallots, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper into a container. Using the hand blender incorporate these ingredients. Stream in the olive oil, slowly, to emulsify the vinaigrette. Cover and reserve under refrigeration.
