Sausage Casserole

Brookfield Oval (LG)
1 lb. mild pork sausage ground
1 lb. hot pork sausage ground
1 30 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 pepper
1 cup shredded cheese(4oz)
6 large eggs
2 cups milk
Methods/steps
Cook sausage and drain well. Prepare hash browns according to pkg using i/2 tsp salt and pepper.

Stir together hash browns, sausage and cheese. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch casserole dish that has been sprayed with PAM.

Whisk toget
her eggs, milk and remaining 1 tsp of salt and pour evenly over potato mixture.

Bake at 350 for 35-40 min.
