1 cup Prosecco
3 scoops lemon sorbet
1 shot vodka
1 shot lemoncello
1 sprig mint leaf or lemon slice to garnish.
Adjust measurements to preferred taste.

Methods/steps
In a blender mix lemon sorbet, vodka and lemoncello until blended together. Pour in prosecco and pulse gentl until mixed. Serve in chilled glasses and garnish with mint or lemon... or go crazy, do both!
