Party Potatoes

Ingredients

Brookfield Oval (LG)
2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes (thawed)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed potato chips (can substitute crushed buttery cracker)
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Methods/steps
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray large Brookfield oval casserole with a light coating of cooking spray
In large mixing bowl, combine onion, sour cream, soup, cheddar cheese and salt & pepper
Press excess water out of the hash bro
wn potatoes add them to the soup mixture and mix well.
Transfer to Brookfield casserole and top with crushed chips.
Bake for 45 - 60 minutes until golden brown.
