Honey of a Chicken

Brookfield Oval (MD)
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or 1 pkg. chicken tenders)
1 pkg white mushrooms
1/2 cup mustard
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1 dried teaspoon dried tarragon
Salt/pepper to season
Methods/steps
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease lightly the bottom of a medium oval Brookfield baking dish.

Slice the mushrooms into the bottom of the baking dish.
Place chicken on top of the mushrooms.Sprinkle with alittle salt and pepper t
o taste.

SAUCE:
Mix honey, mustard, butter and tarragon in a small bowl. *
Pour over chicken...cover with aluminum foil (tightly)
Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes or noodles (so you can top with a bit of sauce) and a vegetable.

*In a pinch you can use a bottle of honey/mustard salad dressing
