Methods/steps
Place 4 scoops of strawberry sorbet in blender. Add 2 shots of Triple Sec. Fill blender with Prosecco. Blend until smooth. Pour carefully into sugar-rimmed Simon Pearce Champagne glasses and garnish with starwberries and mint
