4-6 Green Tomatoes cut in 3/8 inch thick slices
Canola Oil
Flour
2 eggs
Bread Crumbs
Methods/steps
Bread the green tomatoes slices with flour egg then bread crumbs.
Place about ½ inches of canola oil into a cast iron skilled.
Place the skilled oven a medium high heat. Let the oil get hot about 300 degrees.
Slowly add the tomatoes.
Cook the tomatoes until browned about 2-3 minutes then carefully flip them and brown the other side about 2 minutes.
Carefully remove the tomatoes from the oil and drain on a paper towel line dish. Serve warm with green goddess dressing.
