Easy Cheesey Taco Casserole

1 lb lean ground beef
2 packs of low salt taco seasoning
10 oz package of frozen corn
1 1/3 cups of water
2 cups of reduced fat shredded chedder cheese
Methods/steps
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Empty frozen corn into a strainer. Rinse with cold water and let stand.

Add 2/3 cup of water to a skillet or dutch oven. Heat at medium high setting. Add corn and one packet of taco seasoning. Sti
r quickly and mix thoroughly over heat until most of liquid is absorbed. Empty corn mixture into bakeware, spreading it evenly over the bottom of the pan.

Break up ground beef and cook in skillet over medium heat until meat is thoroughly browned. Drain liquid. Add 2nd pack of taco seasoning and 2/3 cup of water to ground beef. Stir mixture occassionally and continue cooking until most of liquid is absorbed.

Spread ground beef mixture evenly over corn. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over ground beef. Place in oven until cheese is melted. Serves 6.
