1 C.    heavy cream

1 C.    sour cream 

Methods/steps

 Whisk heavy cream and sour cream together in a medium size mixing bowl.  Cover loosely and let stand in a warm area overnight to thicken. 

 

Cover tightly and refrigerated for at least 4 hours.  The longer the creme sits the more tart the flavor will become.  Be sure to refrigerate.
