Cranberry Port Dressing

1 quart

½ cup honey

½ cup apple cider vinegar

½ cup vegetable oil

2 tbsp port

½ cup sugar

1 cup raspberries

1 cup cranberries

2 tbsp thyme leaves

2 tbsp rosemary, slightly chopped

1 each shallot, minced

salt to tastepepper to taste 

Methods/steps

Preparation:

Pulse raspberry and cranberry in food processor and pulse three times. Add shallot.  Blend one minutes.
