Brookfield Oval (LG)
1 bag whole fresh cranberries (approx. 3 cups)
4 apples - chopped, unpeeled (I use Fuji & Granny Smith)
2 1/2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cups oatmeal
3/4 brown sugar
2/3 cups flour
1 - 1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans

Methods/steps
Spray bakeware dish with non-stick spray (pam) (equivalent to 9x13)
Put apples and cranberries in dish and toss to mix.
In a separate bowl, make a topping of the remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top.
Bake 1 hour @ 350 degrees
Great hot, but even good left over right out of the fridge!
