Crabmeat au gratin

Ingredients

Brookfield Oval (LG)
1/4 lb. butter
8 Tbsp. flour
1 qt. half & half
1 cup sherry or Madeira
3 lbs. crabmeat

Grated cheddar cheese
Methods/steps
Melt butter. Add flour and whisk.
In double boiler (or heavy pan) mix half & half and sherry. When very hot (almost boiling) mix in flour-butter mixture.
Pour over crabmeat and cover with grated cheese.
Put in baking dish. Bake a
t 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
Serve with rice and salad.
