Banana Bread Pudding

1 loaf banana bread, sliced into 6 - 8 slices
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup chocolate chips
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups milk
3/4 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Methods/steps
Preheat oven to 350 and butter Brookfield oval baking dish.
Break bread into small pieces into baking dish.
Drizzle melted butter over bread and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until well mixed.
Pour over bread, and lightly push down until bread is covered and soaking up the egg mixture. Let stand about 30 minutes
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top springs back when lightly tapped.
