Methods/steps
COMBINE SUGAR, TAPIOCA, CINNAMON, NUTMEG,AND SALT.
ADD APPLES, RHUBARB AND NUTS. TOSS GENTLY. LET STAND FOR 15 MINUTES.
POUR FILLING INTO PASTRY LINED PIE PLATE.
COVER WITH LATTICE TOP.
BAKE 45 TO 50 MINUTES AT 375.
