10 MacIntoch Apples
1/3 cup of Southern Comfort
1 cup of granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1cup of brown sugar
11/2 cups of all-purpose flour
2 sticks of butter

Methods/steps
Preheat oven to 400 Degrees
Grease Brookfield Oval baking dish (Large)
In a large bowl, toss peeled and sliced apples with the southern comfort, sugar , cinnamon, and nutmeg ( mix the dry ingredients first!) then put the apples in! Spread in pan and dot with some of the butter
Topping: In a large bowl, using a pastry blender, mix the brown sugar, flour, and butter, until coarse crumbs form.Sprinkle over apples!
Bake at 400 Degrees for 35-45 minutes. Cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with a dollop of vanilla ice cream!
