1 lb Canadian Bacon
6 or 8 Granny Smith Apples
1 lb block of white cheddar cheese
6 or 8 Granny Smith Apples

Methods/steps
Preheat oven to 450oF
Cut Canadian bacon in strips and line bottom of casserole with strips.
Peel, core and thick slice apples. Line the top of bacon with apples.
Cut cheese into thick slices. Cover apples with cheese.
Bake at 450oF until bubbly and browned.
Watch carefully
Serve with crackers as appetizer
