Brookfield Oval (LG)
1 lg. can chunked pineapple with syrup
1 stick butter
1 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 stick butter

Methods/steps
Mix flour and sugar. Add milk, stir to make batter.
Put butter in Large Brookfield Oval baking dish. Melt in oven at 325 degrees.
Pour batter into melted butter. DON'T STIR.
Now add pineapples. DON'T STIR.
Bake at 325 degrees until crust forms and browns, about 35 minutes.
Serve plain or with vanilla ice cream.
