Coffee Cake
3/4 cup pastry flour
3/4 cup King Arthur white whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
2/3 cup milk (add a splash more if needed)
2 TBS oil
2TBS wheat germ
1/2 King Arthur cinnamon chips (optional)
Crumb Topping
3 TBS butter
2 TBS brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 TBS wheat germ
1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
3/4 cup pastry flour
3/4 cup King Arthur white whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar

1/2 tsp salt
1 egg

Crumb Topping

Methods/steps
Sift dry ingredients together. Add in egg, milk, and oil. Mix together. Pour into a grease pan. Sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake 375 for approximately 25 - 35 minutes.

Combine ingredients. Sprinkle over coffee cake batter before baking. Enjoy!
