The martini:
Chill your favorite Simon Pearce martini glass. Pour 2 ounces of your favorite (not too dry) champagne into the martini glass. In an iced shaker, add 2.5 ounces of Grand Marnier and 0.5 ounces of Chambord and shake. Pour the mixture into the martini glass with champagne. Add an orange twist as a garnish.
Garnish:
Peel a very narrow strip (less than a quarter of an inch wide) of orane peel about an inch to an inch-and-a-half in length. Twist the peel at the center and lay gently on top of the martini's suface.
